hsmp extention salary paid by cheque

I would like to know if some come across this issue,
My employer pay my salary by cheque every week ,
i deposit the same into my bank account, i have evidence payslips and bank statement, but the bank statement got no description

how to go ahead

get a letter from employer with the salary in a table as below.

month Net salary (on payslip) bank deposit date Gross amount



get employer to sign and stamp it for you with Accounts dept details just in case they wanna confirm it. should do the job.

I am working in accounting firm, my employer pay by cheque every week end, do have any format with you.
I spoke to some of the agencies , regarding this they said to me it is very complicated one.
I did't make any sence to me, employer can pay by cash, cheque , via bank in this country ,
I do wages for more than 30companies some of them pay by cash,
your help much appreciated

Pay slips and letter of employer are from one source so you should see that bank statement contain matching entries for salary even u get cash deposit same amt in bank

Check the employer letter template from CHETAN's Sticky

Make sure all the NET amounts mentioned in the letter are exactly matching with those credited in the bank..

bankstatement do nto require description.. if possible in the letter format put the cheque no.s which can be compared (but its not mandatory)
