Traffic Offences - HSMP to Tier 1

Hi there,

I am filling Tier-1 form and came across this question that says, mention if you have any criminal convictions including traffic offences. I was just wondering I have 3 points on my driving license in 2007, because of over-speeding (50mph instead of 40mph), do I have to mention it? Do I need to attach counter part of my driving license? Can it have impact on my application?

U NEED to mention it , so long no cour ruling against u , u r fine

if u r not mentioning it and latter on they come to know , u will loose all yr right

Thank you Sushil, I will mention it. Just one more question i am bit confused about. Questions E1 and E2 talk about the criminal offence and its details, which makes sense. But section E3 says

E3 Has the applicant ever been charged in any country with a criminal offence for which he/she has not yet been tried in court?

I am not sure does E3 has anything to do with the answers i have given in E1 and E2? Since i have traffic offence I was wondering do I answer yes or no as I was not tried in court for traffic offence.

Would greatly appreciate reply.

not applies to u , unless any legal action is going on applict for criminal act in any court of any country.

You do not need to attach driving licence with your application.

just mention it. I had 3 points I had 3 points. Don't make any difference to the application but you gotta be honest
