Any one to help please- URGENT

Post by Mrs Khan » Sun Nov 15, 2009 10:08 pm

Hi
I am going to apply for a dependent visa for my new born most probably tomorrow. I got HSMP in Nov 2005, then got extension for four years under PBS.
Now i am covered under Judicial Review, but was advice by HO to use PBS form for my baby.
My confusion is do i have to still qualify the points in order to bring my baby in line with my status issued by HO (PBS). I am currently on maternity leave & changed job well after Judicial Victory- & can no more qualify the points. I am sending my wage slips & mentioned on covering letter that i am covered under JR but still worried if my change of job would create any prob.

I am not sure if this is correct, you may want to check with UKBA on this, or perhaps another member can shed some light here. If you are on HSMP since November 2005, you can apply for ILR now and if you do that wont the baby also get an ILR? Or would the baby need to have a visa before getting ILR?
