Tier 1 General Visa Application from Pakistan

Hello all,

I want to apply for UK Tier 1 Skilled worker visa. I am currently residing in Pakistan and I have got a Masters degree from UK.

My total point telly is 85. Now I wish to make a few queries, if anyone of you people could answer them please.

1.) I had been maintaining funds of 4400 GBP, 2800 for myself and 1600 for my wife, in local currency PKR but due to fluctuation, the threshold of 4400 went down and I was wondering if I could apply alone now or do I still have to show 4400 even if my wife is not going to accompany me to UK?

2.) 3 Months bank statement would be enough?

3.) Can I please have the full list of documents I need to apply? I was in UK from 2004 - 2008 and did my masters from there in 2007.

4.) Finally I want to ask if after 3 months the PKR currency gets a bit stronger and the total conversion shows that as of now the funds are above threshold of 4400, would it be considered or the whole currency fluctuation history for the past three months would be counted.

For Maintenance funds the Exchange rate value on the Date of Application is need to be considered and pls take this from ONADA website.. please search this forum for more discussions on this..

For supporting documents you need to furnish documents for all the evidences u put forward like:

1. Educational _ ORIGINAL Degree
2. Payslips
3. Bankstatements
4. Maintenance funds
5. Marriage certificate for ur wife
6. Passport obviously for age proof
7. Photographs
