Need help on visa extention

HI

I have to apply for extension from HSMP to Tier 1 next month and need some guidance on the below:

We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) living in a 2 bed room flat with a sitting room, can somebody guide me that could this be a problem in my extension as somebody told me that we are required by UK Laws to live in a 3 bed room flat instead of a 2 bed room flat.

Please guide if some one have experienced similar situation.

During switching from HSMp to tier1 you dont need to provide any accomodation details so you should be fine during ur visa process aplying with in UK
