Dear Friends,
I'm currrently in UK as a HSMP visa holder with expiry in the last week of April 2010.
I lost my last job at the end of april 2009 and ever since have not had a job ... i started a ltd company though i do not have enough funds ... clearly i would require immense funds over the next four months to secure the required points ... First time when i applied i did not use a lawyer though it seems this time i need to get one ...
Could any one help me .... is there a way out ... or should i plan to pack my bags .... alrready the spirits are low with the recession and problems thereof ... is there anyone else with a case similar to mine ... ??? I'm kind of flumoxed ...
Kindly let me know if there is a way to move out of this ditch ...
