Quick way to get a Master Qualification

Hi,

can anyone suggest if there is any quick way to get a master degree in India without going for a full time course?

My brother is currently working in USA on H1 and he wants to move to UK but he has got only bachelor's degree so he cannot get qualified for Tier1 General.

Any suggestions would be of great help. Appreciate your help.

Enrol into one asap so that you can get it sooner. You can explore distance or online learning as well.
