previous earning issue for tier 1 general - need advice

Post by esal » Fri Dec 04, 2009 2:18 pm

My query is about qualifiying for Tier 1 General.
The salary I needed is 24k to get 75 points but my salary in last 12 months is 19k.
Althoug I am having (subsidized)accomodation from my employer which is indirect kind in benefit of around 6k per year.
(This 6k amount is not paid to me and hence doesn't reflect on my bank statement or salary slip)

My accomodation rent gets deducted from salary 19k salary each month.

So does that 6k kind in benefit of accomodation gets counted in my previous earnings?

thanks,

vks

From the Tier1 guidance,
Earnings may include among other things

allowances (such as accommodation, • schooling or car allowances) that form part of an applicant’s remuneration package;
You should think of two evidences(provided in guidance!) that Home Office should be able to corroborate with each other.
