Chartered Accountant from India 2002 Batch

Chartered Accountant from India 2002 Batch

Hi

I understand that Chartered Accountant is considered as Masters degree to gain 35 points under HSMP points calculator. However I noticed that this is applicable only to those who passed CA exams in or after 2008. I passed my CA final examinations in 2002, does that mean that i am not eligible for applying under Tier1 category of HSMP.
Any explainations in this regards would be highly appreciated.
