earnings period querry

hi, my ltd company was formed in 01/02/09 by formation agent.
i bought the company in 15/jul/09, i am the sole director and share holder..
started trading on 01/aug/09..
dividends taken on 15/nov/09,30/nov/09, 04/dec/09
Ard is 30/11/09
company accounts prepared and submitted on 04/12/09

i want to claim points on dividends.. so what is the starting date and ending date of my earnings period for tier1 genaral?

should i enter incorporation date to accounts submission date?

or first dividend issued date to last dividend issued date?

or from the date where i am the director to accounts submission date?

or trading start date to accounts submission date?

please suggest me..

but my accountant did not prepare seperate dormant accounts from date of incorp to date which, company was bought..
he prepared single set of accounts from date of incorp to ARD..

Is it ok?

one more question..
in the directors report, he mentioned,
"mrxxx held the office during the whole period from date of incorp to the date of this report"

what does it mean?

In director report it can be mentioned, about period of dormat, that 's all

one more question..
in the directors report, he mentioned,
"mrxxx held the office during the whole period from date of incorp to the date of this report"

what does it mean? this fine if it is true
