Some Clarification Regarding Tier 1 General

Post by jack199 » Tue Jan 05, 2010 9:52 am

Hi Guys

Can you help me with the below please? I undertand that HSMP is now Tier 1 general (am i right) could you pls clarify below things for me please?

I am new to Tier 1 General and currently on PSW but i would like to transfer from PSW to Tier 1 General. At the minute i am working for a big multinational compay and on top of my normal salary i also get bonus. Now because the bonus amount chnages every month i get paid differently each month! Can anybody please tell me the answer to these questions please?

Q1. What should be the minimum amount which an individual should earn within a month?

Q2. Its been 4 months that i am on PSW and now that i have a full time job, when can i apply for PSW?

Q3. As i said above that my job is commision based and sometime the commision with overtime is more than the normal wage, will the home office take this point into consideration? what could be the objections to this?

Q4. I am under 28 at the minute but will be 28 next month, will i get full 20 points for age or less than 20 points?

I would really appreciate your help and support on this matter.

Thanks
Jack

- PSW??

- as long as you provide 2evidences from different souces like PAYSLIPS (or detailed Employer letter) & BANKSTATEMENTS with NET amount matching you can claim those earnings

Q4. I am under 28 at the minute but will be 28 next month, will i get full 20 points for age or less than 20 points?

HO GUIDANCE Page 16 paragraph 63/64

Do not post multiple threads for same question. You have already raised the same questions in the below thread.
