Sponsoring Parents for Visit - Documents Requirement

Post by oc2pus » Tue Jan 19, 2010 11:28 pm

Hi All,

I want to sponsor my parents for visit 2-3 months. I dont know what documents do I need to send them ( Bank statments 3months???, pay slips 3 months???, Room or House arrangement documents, copy of my passport and visa etc.) any letter from me (explaining why they are visiting me even if i dont have any reason to tell).

AND

Which documents, my parents need to prepare (Their bank statement, property documents if any, visa form, visa fee)?

I am sure you people got confused that i have already mentioned required documents but believe me I have seen number of cases where people got refused with these documents. So I just want to make sure that I provide complete documentation so that ECO do not refuse.

I believe that you guys must have some experience or went through such process and can give me valuable information/advice.

I would be really grateful to all of you for this.

Kind Regards

Guidance - Visitors (INF 2)
Application form VAF1B - Family Vistor
Fees - Depends on (country) where they will be applying from. Check with nearest BHC or Visa Application Centre.
