Having spent 16 years in UK lawfully/unlawfully, was forced to mispresent document two years ago as my fiancee was weeks/days to giving birth and could not come into terms of going home & telling her I had lost my job due to lack on appropriate paperwork. Have worked for the same company in all those year untill now that they discovered not only did i not have right papers but in 08 mispresented documents.
What options do I have available if any taking into account the seriousness of the issue at hand
