Tier 1 (HSMP Extension)

Post by salman83 » Sat Feb 20, 2010 3:43 pm

Hi all,

I am currently on HSMP and it will going to expire on 12-May-2010. Can somebody tell me what is the earliest date can I apply for?

My friend is suggesting me that I should apply in mid of march as currently, home office is taking too much time for processing.

Thanks a lot.

Regards.

You can apply anytime now.

You will be given visa from the expiry of your current visa regardless of your application date.

If you are not in a hurry your friend is right to apply 3-4months earlier to buy yourselves time in case something happens n can reapply again; early march is fine..
