Any one applied Tier1 dependent Visa from India

Hi
I need to apply Tier1 dependent Visa for my wife and child from India (mumbai).
I would greatly appreciate if someone can direct me on the required appliction forms supporting documents and so on
The questions I have are
1) Do I have to fill a seperate form for my wife and child
2) Is this the only form that needs to be filled (1 for wife and 1 for child - 5 years)

Supporting documents

For Spouse:

• Dependent Application - VAF 10 Form duly filled and signed.
• Passport of dependant
• Photographs
• Marriage Certificate as Relationship Evidence
• Sponser letter from Main applicant
• Last 3 Months Bank statements
• Maintenance Fund evidence letter shwoing GBP 800 + 1600 + 1600 = 4000 GBP (If you are in uk less than 1year)
• Copies of Main applicant passort

Not required.. just put the copies..
• Employment Letter
• Last 3 months pay slips.
• Tenancy agreement

For Kid:

Dependent Application - VAF 10 Form duly filled and signed.
• Passports of dependant
• Photographs
•Birth Certificate as Relationship and Date of Birth Proof.
• Sponser letter from Main applicant
• Last 3 Months Bank statements
• Maintenance Fund evidence letter shwoing GBP 800 + 1600 + 1600 = 4000 GBP (Same statements can be shown for kid)
• Copies of Main applicant passort

1 set of common docs can be used for both..
