Clarification on Filling in Tier 1 application form

I am am currently in the UK on a company sponsored workpermit from India and applying for HSMP Tier 1 in March. I have been unsuccessful in finding clear answers to my doubts regarding filling in the HSMP tier 1 application form. Can someone pls help.

1) In B10 the form requires us to fill in the Home Office Reference Number

I am currently on a 2 year work permit (not hsmp) and this is the first time I am applying for HSMP. My understanding is that B10 is required to be filled in if you have applied for HSMP in the past and therefore not applicable in my case. Is this correct?

2) In B11 details of any current or previous work reference numbers under work permit arrangement if applicable?

With regards to this - Do I need to give my work permit number or the visa number?

3) In B27, the form asks for applicants main occupation.

I am working as a Programme manager in a IT company. Should I select
a) Corporate Manager OR
b)Science and technology professional.

4) In C6, of the form do I need to give details of all the previous passports OR only the one which has my current visa/leave to remain?

5) In D4 the form asks us to fill in Reference number on the entry clearance or visa which can be found in passport??

Now there are two numbers on the Visa - One is in bold red color on the top right corner and the other is in black color just below and is called the VAF number.

Which one do I need to fill in here?
