Help needed for Tier 1 Switching from PSW..........

Dear Seniors and Moderatore,

I am applying for Tier 1 General Application, switching from PSW.I am employed (£12500 earnings) as well as self-emplyed. I do IT work as Self-employed person (£24000 earnings and Proper registered as self-employed person) and with my emplyed work I am just doing office administration work for 3 days in a week.
now my question is that in the application form in the section 2, question B26 The applicant should indicate whether they consider themselves to be employed or self-employed: what should I answer here as I am employed as well as self-emplyed ?
Question b27 Please select the applicant’s main occupation from the following list (if applicable): again shell I answer here Science and technology
professionals
Question b28 Please give the applicant’s current job title (if applicable) again I am bit confused what should I answer here
I request all the members to give me a advice on the above questions uergently as I am applying very soon and also I request members to give me a cover letter for a applicant who is applying as a emplyed as well as self-employed.
