A Query related with my past earnings

I am applying for Tier 1 and currently switching from general work permit holder category.
I have a Query related to my earnings, Out of 12 months, 4 months of my earning was in India and rest 8 months in UK, I came to UK at the end of June 2009 , when my company transferred me to UK from India my bank account in UK was not open at that time and it got only opened at the end of July 2009, so the July month salary which I got in UK was credited on the next month which was August along with the August month salary and beside this there was some cash advance which was given to me so it got dedcuted from my salary and is mentioned in salary slip however I dont have any bank statement for the month of July. SO my question is will my salary which I received in the month of June will be considered as there is no bank statement for that month (July) however the bank statement of the month of August show combined salary of July+August -(advance payment) will it get considered and how do I represent it in my cover letter for earnings.

Where did u receive ur June salary - which bank? do you have UK Payslip for this?

Do you have 2payslips for July and august salary months or 1payslip for both months paid at a time??

June month Salary I received it in India.

Yes I have two paylslips one for the month of July and one for the month of August

I think in that case you should try to get a letter from Employer, use the above format in chetan's sticky http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=46010

Because you have 2 payslips for july and august salaries but only one consolidated payment in the bank.. in this case the NET salary in the payslips and bankstatement will not match 1 to 1..

So if you get a letter from your employer who explains why they deposited both salaries at a shot.. in this case u dont need to submit payslips and ur employer letter is sufficient.. and this way ur case will be much stronger..

Once you submit the application, the case worker will cross check the NET Salary mentioned in the Payslip against the Net amount deposited in the Bank

but since 2months salary is deposited at a time July and august will not match with the august end bank statement but will match when combined (which the casewoker doesnt not consider)

So. to avoid this confusion or problems if you submit employer letter for those 2months explaining why they are paid like that etc... caseworker wil be convienced adn will award ur points..
