URGENT - How to cancel online appointment

All,

What a disaster ... i just booked my appointment online for in-person appointment for HSMP extention in Crydon .... minutes after that i realize that date i have selected might not be suitable for me as my statements might not arrive by that date ....

Question is how do i cancel it? calling them is the only way to cancel it?
unless i cancel it .. it is not allowing me to book any other slots ....

Any inputs greatly appreciated ....

Try calling them back on the same no and cancel it.. or based on the letter you received send a cancellation request to the same address..

Ok, I was able to cancel my appointment by calling the number.
It was easy to get through.
Customer service guy offered to rebook but unfortunately there were no slots.
But he told after cancellation my account will be activated again to search for new slots within 24hrs.
