Booking an Appointment

Hi All,

I am in UK and want to apply for PBS T1 General. I want to apply in one of the offices in person but cannot find any appointments online, whenever i check, i never ever see any appointments whatsoever. I called on UKBA customer services, they said you can only book online as they do not book any appointments on phone. Can any one assist me in booking appointment please.
