Visa for Mexican married with scandinavian living in UK

Decided to write here to ask some advices maybe there is some good ones you could give. I am a European studying in Britain (have loved there for 4 years now) but at the moment I am doing a year in the industry in Mexico as part of my studies. Anyway, I have falled desperately in love, and it is not only me, with a Mexican woman (going to get married) and now we have started thinking how we are going to sort out our future.

I looked true few web pages regarding the immigration laws and found them rather confusing. Basically I understood that she can not apply for a visa to come to UK with me due to a relationship/marriage before we have stayed over 4 years together (which is not the case). She has university education and good English but I don't think that is gonna take her really far either.

Any advices and tips much appreciated as I don't understand/know what to do!
