Evaluating Point For Age. Kindly Help :

Post by Vamiq.khan » Thu Mar 04, 2010 5:33 am

Dear Friends,

I will be 29 years and 7 months old when I will lodge an application for Tier 1 General visa scheme. I would like to know as how many points would I be able to score when I will be stand in between 29 and 30. As I said I will be 29 years and 7 or 8 months old. According to current points based system. minimum a person can score 5 points if 30 years old.

kindly Reply. I will be gratefull to you.

Thnx
Vamiq

Your completed year is actual age. So, you will be 29 yrs old and will get 10 points if it is an initial application

You should take 29years and claim points based on type of application as shown in the HO GUIDANCE Page 16 Paragraph 63-70

Since you will loose points for your age .. you can try and make up for them from other attributes if possible like past earnings etc.

You don't believe the answers you have already got?

This is a VERY simple matter. If someone asked you your age, how would you answer? Of course ..... 29!

So the simple question for you .... is 29 less than 30? Stop making this a complicated matter.
