Tier 1 dependant

i am on a WP and have applied for Tier 1 on 17th Feb 2010. I couldnot file my dependant with the main application as my husband is in India rite now.

after i recv my visa, we plan to file a depenadant from India for him immidiately.

so, there are three questions:

1. wat is the average processing time for dependant from india.
2. are there any rules that his dependant visa will get cancelled automatically if he doesnt enter UK within specified time?
3. If he comes here on tourist visa, can he file a dependant visa from here in UK.
