Dependant Photographs

Hi,
I am applying Tier 1(General) extension along with 3 dependants. It would be great if you can answer my questions

1) I understand that i have to attach all photographs(2* 4= 8) with the main application. Do i need to attach 2 additional photographs of the Dependant in Section 2 of the PBSdependant application?

2) Do i need to enter anyting on C10? Something like N/A?

3) Do i need t enter my HSMP ref.number as Home office reference number?

1. 2 photos each for 4 of you in total attached to the main applicant's application is enough. no need to attach again with the depenedent's aplication

I asked question #1 specifically beacuse i heard that a dependant appln got rejected saying that they couldn't find the photograph though it was with Main application.

To be on safe side.. mention the same in the cover letter that all the photos are in the envelop attached with main applicant and also write the NAME and PASSPORT no of the respective photos..
