Hello,

I have applied for Tier 1 (General) last Monday. Result is not yet out but I just want to be prepared for whatever is the outcome.

Can I know few things,

1. What if my application gets rejected?? Is there any opportunity given for appeal ??? If yes, whats the duration???

2. When can I next apply for the same visa??? (something like after a month, 3 months, 6 months etc???)

3. If I can reapply immediately, do I have to pay visa fees again???

4. Do they specify the reason of rejection????

Any other tips??

yes.. unless you made orig applivation after ur visa was expired

2. When can I next apply for the same visa??? (something like after a month, 3 months, 6 months etc???)
as soon as you can satisfy the reasons of refusal basically

3. If I can reapply immediately, do I have to pay visa fees again???

yes, as its new app and everythin will follow the same way like last app

4. Do they specify the reason of rejection????
of course the will tell you why your app is rejected
