Hi all,

Someone suggests me to clear some doubts here in immigrationboards. So with the hope of getting best answer, I have certain queries.

I am doing job in UK and came here last October under tier 1(G) applied from pune. I am going next month to India to get marry. I belong to Delhi and planning to marry there. But I am planning to apply dependent visa for my wife from Pune. Will that be fine? I mean won't BHC have any problem in that?
2. What evidence should I produce to VFS office in order to show them I am married to my partner?
3. Apart from my bank statemens of last three months, showing maintainace funds, do I need to show any residence proof?

If you or your wife are residents of pune, then there shouldnt be any problem.
2. What evidence should I produce to VFS office in order to show them I am married to my partner? Marriage certificate, photographs etc
3. Apart from my bank statemens of last three months, showing maintainace funds, do I need to show any residence proof? Normally, the applicants tend to supply with accommodation proof like a tenancy agreement or NOC from landlord, payslips.

Yes, you'll need residence prrof for both of you.
I think you could show your indian bank staement if any, if not like me you could show ration card with your name on it along with parents....and hence u should be able to use any utensil bill with an address to accompany that.....

For your wife, i would suggest get an affidavit from a lawyer stating your are married and currently staying together at a given address.

It would be better have some more opinion on this one.....
