I GOT HSMP APPROVAL IN JUNE 2006AND I AM GONNA APPLY FOR INDEFINITE STAY IN JUNE 2011.I THINK I COME UNDER SAME RULES AS FOUR YEARS PEOPLE RULES.(EXCEPT FINISHING FIVE YEARS). OR ANY OTHER CHANGES.PLEASE UP DATE ME.

Please do not shout.

You are covered by the HSMP Forum Ltd. JR (extension of stay) policy document issued by UKBA with regards to extension criteria. With respect to ILR, the residential qualifying period for ILR in your case is 5 years.
