How long can I Stay on HSMP visa in Back Home ?

Recently I got my HSMP and i want to visit back home for one month , but I heard from my friend that I can not stay more than 45 days in one year , and I can not spend more than 90 days in three years , please if you have got any information regarding this so please tell me , I am going after a long time and want to stay more than one month , Thanks

You can stay as long as you can. But if you dont want to affect your ILR then, you cannot stay out of UK for more than 90 days at a stretch and 180 days in the whole 5 years (assuming the rules will be the same)
