PBS dependant Accomodation

Hi, I am in UK on HSMP/Tier1 from last three years. My wife is going to apply for Tier 1 G dependant visa in next couple of months. What accomodation proof do I have to show ? Currently, I am renting a flat from an estate agent. The contract is on my and my friend's name. Should I just put a copy of the contract ? or Do I need to get NOC from estate agent or the actual owner ?
I know that PBS dependant guide doesn't say anything about accomodation proof. But I have read few posts which says At the time of application, VFS guys asks for accomodation proof !!??

You can attach the Tenancy agreement and it will be good to get a letter from the agents (as they now takcare of the apartment on behalf of the owner) that the Flat is good enough for the the all of people staying there... have some proper wordings..
