HSMP Dependent visa VAF10 queries!!

I am planning to apply for dependent visa for my wife.

My current status is I am in UK on TIER 1 and not working since last few months due to end of contract.

I have few queries regarding section 7 in VAF10 document.

Q7.14 What job or course of study is the main applicant doing in the UK?
Currently I am not working.Can I leave it blank?

Q7.16 Name and address of the company or place of study including postal code.
I have nothing to write here. can I Leaving it blank ?

7.17 Name and telephone number of main contact in the company
I have nothing to write here. can I Leaving it blank?

7.18 When the main applicant job or course of study begin
I have nothing to write here. can I Leaving it blank ?

7.19 When is the job or course of study expected to finish
I have nothing to write here. can I Leaving it blank ?

Does i am not having the job at the time of applying dependent visa affects the spouse dependent visa success?

I have done the search..but I haven't come across any scenario as like me..

In the search I have found the cases who are in INDIA and trying to apply for dependents. But mine is different that I am in UK.


I came to UK in 2008 and worked on contract till November 2009. After that I haven't got any job.


But the VAF10 form asking regarding the job details under section 7.

I dont know whether to apply the dependent visa with out a job or not.
Please advice.
