Finally I am happy...man.. I am in TEIR1 general.. I have my extension in MAY.. but my earning only reach 21,000... (I worried before.. now .it is official..25,000 below won't get any points.. for first time TEIR1 general applicants.. which isn't good... anyway..) . I am applying for extension... So.. no tension.. in my case......finally...

Sorry the guys who are applying for first time... they haveto show 25,000 pounds. Rules will consider from 6th APRIL 2010...

was a close shave for me... I was supposed to wait for my appraisel and an other year to get tier 1.. happy that i got it just before this change.
