Guys ,

Pls POLL 'YES' if you think the new rules for TIER1 are fair.
poll 'NO' if you think the new rules for TIER1 are not fair.
Select 'DONT KNOW' if you dont understand rules correctly or whether if your sure wht the implications will be.

To Mods, gurus, senior members , I am opening this thread just to see what OP's think about new rules.
