Tier 1 dependant application form from outside UK

I am in UK and have recieved my Tier1.
My husband is in India and have to apply for tier 1 dependant. I did a search on the UKBA site and fail to get a relevent form ...

Can any one please guide me with the application form he should fill in and submit for tier 1 dependant from india.
