Is Tier 1 holder allowed to work in Guerney without jeopardising his ILR?

May be, May not be!

When you apply for ILR, if you are out of UK for more than 3 months, there is a high chance of your clock being reset.
In case, if your company deputes you to another country, you may provide a letter from the company explaining it. But your salary should be credited to the UK account and tax paid here as well for them to consider.
