plzzzzzz help

hi guys please help me out.... i applied for tier 4 student visa and i got rejected and asked me to reapply. they send me back all the documents except my passport. i tried to call them but they not giving a proper reply. what should i do please help me out guyzzzzzzzzzzzzz pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeee

What is the difference between rejection with returning passport and without returning passport??

Because I was rejected last Dec, and they sent me my passport back without saying about reapply, but give me the form for appeal. :(

yes, because, you probably got rejected when you applied when you had a valid leave to remain, this entitles you to have a right of appeal.

if you had applied when you didnt have a valid leave to remain, you would NOT be given the right to appeal and will have your passport taken.
