salary calculation for international waters??...

salary calculation for international waters??...

Hi guyz these is second time im posting my message but in a modify way.
Im marine engineer work on board ship that trades internationally at sea ..In my salary slip it is written as International Water and salary amount Im earning is in US Dollars (salary comes from singapore office) and credit to my bank in india im not physically working in any countries the ship trades in different countries.In pbs there is no column stating international water for band conversation should i assume that earned amount is india as salary is credited to indian bank?
Im regularly paying my taxes to indian govt
CAN I USE UPLIFT OF 5.3?
Guyz please advice
