Divorce

Post by TotoMaroc » Mon May 03, 2010 9:44 am

Please can somebody help me.
I married my British National wife nearly 5 years ago in Morocco. I then moved to England to be wit her over 4 years ago. I have had a residency visa for over 2 years now.
My wife and me have now been separated for 2 years an both want to divorce now.
What is the best/easiest or cheapest way to do this when we both agree to divorce.

See a solicitor for a start.

This is an immigration website to help with immigration matters, not divorce related issues.
