How much time we have to re send an application.

Below is my case,

My visa expire on March 31st 2010,

I send Application on March 30th 2010,

i got my application along with all documents back on April 27th 2010,

saying that application version was outdated, i was advised to re-send the new application with latest version of application form,

i am told i have 21 days to resend the new application or else my money will be refunded,

but the time frame is too short to show maintenance fund (ie. 28 days minimum)

Here is my question, and confusion,

HOW MUCH TIME WE HAVE TO RE-SEND THE NEW APPLICATION.

can any one help me on that.

If they said 21 days, then it stands to reason that it is 21 days doesn't it. Did you take your money out from the account after sending your 1st application??
