Discretionary Leave to Remain

My name is Satpal and i'm an indian citizen.
i came this county in sept 2004 on a student visa, and i extend my visa from LSEC 3 or 4 times, LSEC is close now because it's not a genuine college, in aug 2008 i married (Genuine Marriage)with a british citizen girl, and my visa is changed as well, HO issue me 2 year dependent visa till Aug 2010.

But in Jan 2009 i received an letter from HO, in letter they write me they cancel my visa, becouse of my college. after that i been to Tribunal Service for my case, hearing is held on mar 2009, and by the grace of god i won the case.

And they Grant me Discretionary Leave To Remain, till aug 2010.

Now, i'm bit worry about this, what i've to do. Please tell me what i've to do.

why not apply to change your visa to a spouse visa, and if not you can apply for another DL for 3 years.

You said you were granted dependant visa, then you said you were granted Discretionary leave, which one is correct?

why not apply to change your visa to a spouse visa, and if not you can apply for another DL for 3 years.

Thanks a lot, is it possiable tochange my DL visa into Spouse Visa. Please advise me.

No, you cant change your DL into spouse visa from within UK. You will have to do it from your home country.
