Hey there, Mike is my name.
I came to the UK 2006 with WHM VISA.
Got married nov 2008, received residence card nov 2009. Valid until 2014.
started working aug2006 till date.
just wish to ask when can i apply for ILR/PERMANENT RESIDENCE

I reckon Wanderer's right. If your spouse is from the EU (not British), you won't be applying for ILR it will be PR...although regulations are due to change in July 2011.

Are you married to a British citizen? What do you mean when you say "residence card"?

Married to EEA citizen (Dutch)
Got married Nov 2008 although Certificate of Approval was delayed 6months (May 2008 and got it oct 2008)
Got P60s 2007 2008 2009 2010

My EEA2 Visa is valid till 2014.
When can i apply for permanent residence.

Still Nov 2013 for me, tho AIUI no need to apply, it's automatic.
