Hi Everyone,

I applied for the extension of my student visa in March 2009. UKBA refused my application and did not send me the passport. I appealed several times and they got refused. Right now my appeal in in High court. I appealed in December 2009 and still there is no answer.

I have finished my degree and now i am thinking to submit a fresh application for PSW. Is it possible or not ?

Please help me guys as i dont have my passport with me. It is in Home Office.
