hi

i am judicial review affected migrant.recently me and my wife got indefinite leave to remain.my question is if we both apply for any kind of benefit does it effect on citizenship in future.

second question is i completed 4 years to get indefineit now when i am eligible for citizenship and what are the requirements for that coz i came in uk under hsmp.

With ILR, you are allowed to obtain benefits, this has no effect on subsequent naturalisation.

After 5 years: Standard requirements for naturalisation.
