Tier-1 visa holder currently outside of UK for past 7 months

Hi, I got my tier-1 visa in Dec 2009 and it is valid till Dec 2012.

I had left my job in UK in Feb 2010 and have been outside of UK since then and looks like I will be outside until Dec 2010. If I plan to come back to UK in Jan 2011, will there be any problem?

I know there are known problems if go for ILR in future, but at this point of time I just wanted to know will it have any impact on my stay or entry into UK, if I come back after such a long break.

Your advice would be of great help!

You may enter anytime during the validity of your EC (visa). Any questions asked by IO regarding late entry should be answered honestly.

Should be fine as long as your visa is valid!!

i am in the same situation, i got my tier 1 visa in DEC, 2009 but i will have to stay outside for 1.5 years from 2011 until DEC, 2014. don't know what will happen at the end of 5 years. my visits will be purely business trips. any suggestions from senior members will be highly appreciated.
