No, because the business account belongs to the business (a business entity) and not to you (as an individual / applicant).

Post by anynet » Sun Aug 22, 2010 5:25 pm

thanks very much for your quick reply

But on my business bank statement from HSBC it says ANYNET trading as MY_NAME
(Anynet is the name of my company)

Following are HO guidance notes
The personal bank or building society statements should clearly show:
• the applicant’s name;
• the account number;
• the date of the statement;
• the financial institution’s name and logo;
• any transactions during the 90 day period;
• that there are enough funds present in the account (the balance must always be at least £2,800 or £800, as appropriate) covering the 90 day period before the date of application;

please explain this point, thanks
