Tier 2 dependant switching to student visa?

Hi,

I've been working in the Uk on tier 2 visa for the last 15 months and 2 months back my wife and 2 kids came here on dependant visas but the company I've been working with is being liquidated which means i could be out of job and thinking about applying for a student visa for my wife because she's a doctor and wants to continue here studies here. I want to if she can apply and switch her visa to full time student? Without going back to her country?

No, she will need to apply for EC from home country.

Please note that she cannot undertake training posts in the NHS as a PBS migrant / PBS migrant dependent.
