Dependant Visa for Infant - Query on Contact Details

Hi,

I would be applying for dependant visa for my 7 months old kid. In the VAF 10 form, what should i mention for the following:
3.3 Mobile telephone number
3.4 Email address

Should i leave this blank or should i provide my wife's number & email id here?
