dependent Tier 1G visa new born

Post by katanayi » Wed Dec 29, 2010 12:32 pm

I have gone through many post in this forum regarding maintenance funds for new born dependents visa.

Lets describe my situation, I am Tier1 visa holder working in UK past 7 months and my wife has already on dependent visa (she has not traveled yet due to pregnancy and baby delivery).

Presently, I would like to apply for my new born baby dependent visa born in India. I am not clear regarding maintenance amount to be shown. Whether I have to show for
myself and baby that is £800 + £1600 = £2200 ( I stayed more than 6 month in UK and my wife has already got dependent visa) or myself , baby and my wife that is £800+ £1600+£1600 = £4000 .

kindly let me clarify this doubt.
Thanks

You need to show it for yourself and all your dependents.

Agree with above poster. You have to show maintenance funds for all three of you.
Goodluck.
