Tier1 Extension

Post by bmaru » Sun Feb 06, 2011 8:19 pm

I have got the Tier 1 Visa under rules applied for 31st March 2009.
My visa will expire in 6 April 2012.
As per the Tier1 Guidance posed after 23rd Dec 2010 I want to understand the following information for my Tier1 extension.

No uplift ratio is applied to the earnings made if the applicant has been in the UK while doing the work for an overseas company, and no applicants will be entitled to claim uplift rations on overseas earnings for extension applications.
Question1)
What is the mean by overseas company, as I am working for UK based company Name A through Indian Company B.But The company B has also his registered office in UK and I am getting only UK salary from company B .So as per above definition Can I show my uk income for Tier1 Extension?
Question2) I was in india for 2 months and I got the india’s salary .Can I show india’s salary for Tier1 extension?
Waiting for you positive response.
