Spousal visa status after Naturalisation

Hi All,
I'm on a ILR visa and had applied for british naturalisation which has been approved. I'm about to fix an appointment for the naturalisation ceremony but wondering what'll happen to the visa of my wife who's on a spousal LTE (Leave to Enter) visa on a Indian passport. She hasn't completed 2 years in UK and so not eligible to apply for a permanent residency (ILR) yet. May I know what will happen to her visa after my naturalisation ceremony for my Indian passport and the ILR visa will become invalid after the ceremony.

Do I need to apply for another spousal visa after my naturalisation for her?
or
Is there some kind of a process to convert her existing visa to point to my british passport with a minimal fee?

What do you mean when you say "spousal LTE" - leave to enter as spouse of settled person or leave to enter as PBS dependant or something else?

She's on a leave to enter as spouse of settled person.

[Greenie]

her leave will not be affected by you naturalising.

Once she has completed her 2 years she should apply for ILR.
