Eligibilty for HSMP while doing Masters

Hello There,
I am presently doing my masters and want to apply for the HSMP becoz according to HSMP pOints calculator i am eligible .....i did my bachelors and i have 2 years of work experience in graduate level and also got enouGh earning power my points level stands like this

i am under 28 years ----5
finished my bachelors---15
2 year works exp --------25(graduate level)
earning power------------25
total-----------------------70....

what are my chances of getting the HSMP or would i be better off applying after finishing my Masters...well i would like to Make my stands clear to the Case worker why i have applied for the HSMP when doing the Master by writing a covering letter with my application as of why i have applied for HSMP without completing the MASTERS...WHAT WOULD BE MY CHANCES OF GETTING ACCEPTANCE FOR HSMP
